It seems like Microsoft is only partially getting the hint these days. Perhaps they've lost their fight to be the best in every market; innovators in every respect. Maybe I'm just overly jaded by their mistakes. Vista, Mobile 6, and TagSpace to name a few. Now 6.1 was shown to be a BIG improvement...
